Vendor Pre Chanukah Market Booking Form

By filling out this form, I confirm my participation as a vendor for the Community Pre Chanukah Market and agree to the following conditions for my table rental:

1. Vendor agrees to rent a table on Sunday, November 16, 2025 4pm – 7pm at Beth Emeth Synagogue, 100 Elder Street North York M3H 5G7.
Vendor set up at Beth Emeth between 2pm – 4pm ONLY.

 

2. Vendor agrees to pay Beth Emeth a rental fee of (options to be selected).

Notes

• Each table will include 2 x chairs.

• Table décor encouraged (eg - tablecloths, displays, flags, etc.) Bring your own payment system (swipe, converge, cash) and pop-up signs to enhance your table.

• Please no glitter, sand or smoke/fire allowed.

• Wi-Fi will be provided free of charge for all vendors.

• Beth Emeth will provide water and coffee.

• Cancellation and refunds: In the event of cancellation by Beth Emeth and/or Save A Child’s Heart, a full refund will be given. No refunds will be offered in the event cancellation by vendor.

3. Beth Emeth and Save A Child’s Heart will not be held responsible for any damages, loss, or stolen merchandise during the event.

4. No food is allowed to be eaten or sold on the premises (unless given approval by Avivit Yoffe - Family Engagement Director at Beth Emeth). Beth Emeth is a strictly Kosher facility.

5. By signing this document, you are confirming your participation for the entire allotted time (4-7pm) and will not leave the building during the event.
