The Aleph Beit Chadash School at Beth Emeth Synagogue offers traditional Jewish learning for elementary and middle school students.
The overall mission of the Aleph Beit Chadash School is to enrich the lives of all children with love and pride in their Jewish identity. Our goal is to instill a deeper understanding of Jewish religious tradition and a strong commitment to Jewish roots and the greater Jewish community.
We achieve this goal by helping students to question, challenge and learn to appreciate their Judaism. Our aim is to inspire students to live an ethical and purposeful life that is guided and enriched by our Jewish laws. We strive to spark and nurture the idea of life-long learning and commitment to our Jewish history, traditions and faith.
Our exciting and engaging curriculum includes:
- Experiential Curriculum
- Tefillot (prayers)/Torah
- Jewish Religious Tradition/Holidays
- Hebrew Language
- Jewish History/Modern Israel/Israel Advocacy enhanced by Shinshinim engagement
