A Lech Lecha ( Go Forth) Poem

Go forth from fear, release the chain,
let love wash clean the heart's old pain.
Go forth from shadows, cold and deep,
awaken joy that once did sleep.
Go forth with courage, soul made strong,
through storm and silence, right and wrong.
Go forth with hope, when hope feels thin,
for light still burns, a flame within.
Go forth to heal, to bless, to mend,
to lift the world where sorrows bend.
Go forth with kindness, pure and mild,
the breath of life in every child.
Go forth as fire, yet soft as dove,
to weave the world in threads of love.
Go forth through night, let love ascend,
and light the dark that longs to mend.
Go forth and rise when night is through,
let every star remember you.
And when your days on earth are done,
your love will live in everyone.
