The Yom Kippur Schedule is similar and will be posted next week.
There are instructions there how to connect to the service that is in-line with halachah. Please make sure you check it out. You can use this opportunity to test out what the High Holiday experience may look like and what your home set up could be. I want to thank those of you who stepped up to assist in making this happen. If you are interested in being involved, it isn't too late to volunteer. There is a lot to do and any help you can offer is appreciated.
As we've mentioned previously, given the health concerns that come with age, the BEBY NEXTgen will have to take an active part in ensuring the smooth re-opening of our shul, and enabling our community to come back together, in person.
Please take a moment and register to join us at the shul for services whenever possible: https://www.beby.org/services.
I look forward to being in touch in the next weeks with more information AND SEEING YOU ALL SOON!
If you are interested in getting involved, email me for more information.

TORAH TALK FOR THE TABLE with Rabbi David
Parshat Nitzavim/Vayelech The Torah reading this Shabbat tells us that following the Torah is not that hard. "Lo bashamayim hee - it isn't in Heaven" but it IS "beficha oo'bilvavecha la'asoto - in your mouth and your heart to do".
The Torah also teaches that "hanistarot l'HaShem...v'haniglot lanu oo'levaneinu - hidden things are for HaShem to worry about, and things that are clear are what we worry about".
The main idea being shared is that our actions are what is the most important thing. HaShem wants us to be careful about way we speak to people and act towards them. Before we can be good Jews, we have to be good people.
Discussion Questions
How can you "do" something with your mouth and/or your heart?
What is something that you do that is "hidden"?
Do you keep good behaviour a secret or do you brag about it?
What is something that you do that you think makes HaShem happy? Does it make you and other people happy too?
