This form is for families who have either booked a Bar/Bat Mitzvah through December, 2020) or for families with girls ages 10-12 and/or boys ages 11-13 who have not yet booked their simchah. The orientation will go from 6:30-8:30 PM in the Tessler Lounge.  Please note that a pizza dinner will be served at 6:30, followed by the orientation at 7.  This orientation is to be attended by the Bar/Bat Mitzvah child and at least one parent/guardian.  We look forward to seeing you there!
