The Chesed Knitters
We meet in the Library.
Check the Shabbat bulletin for the current schedule of meetings.

We gather to crochet and knit for children undergoing trauma...cancer especially...preemies in the neo-natal units....Jewish foster children....chemotherapy patients of all ages and Israeli Soldiers. We knit shawls and blankets to keep recipients warm - and they also represent a “spiritual hug”. Donations of yarn, needles and cash are most welcome and appreciated.They can be dropped off at the synagogue, or call us to make arrangements. Come and join us. Coffee is always on!

Men and women come together for an afternoon of camaraderie. Toonies for Torah Fund are collected.
Lunch at 11:30 is available for a nominal amount. RSVP essential.
